Lane City Films is a Los Angeles based production company, founded in 2004 by director/producer Lydia Martinelli and photographer/executive producer, Clinton H. Wallace. LCF creates, develops and produces high quality film entertainment. From its launch date, LCF has produced seven films, turning into one of the fastest growing small production companies.

Lydia is a three-time award winner: Best Female Filmmaker, Best Producer and Honoree of the Rising Star Award. She is known for directing fast moving images with strong dramatic storylines using impressions of authenticity, guiding actors towards compelling and truthful performances: with intense and captivating camera angles and moves.  Martinelli has collaborated with Academy Award winning stunt coordinator Scott Leva as well as a number of emerging and seasoned actors, writers, producers and cinematographers. 

Martinelli has lived abroad in Greece, Italy, Canada and traveled Turkey, Australia, and Western/Eastern Europe. Martinelli got her start in the entertainment business at Broadway Video (Saturday Night Live), followed by working at prominent entertainment companies Creative Artists Agency (CAA) in television literary and International Creative Management (ICM) in motion picture literary and music departments, and a short stint at HBO Los Angeles in development.

Clinton was born in Montego Bay Jamaica, to Herbert Wallace and Violet Eldemire-Forbes. The family relocated to Canada and eventually settled in New York City.  Clinton enrolled at New York University, majoring in Communications studies.  During this time, he obtained his first job in the entertainment industry as a production intern for NBC's weekend Today Show.  Clinton interrupted his studies at the university and left New York to study French Literature at the Sorbonne in France.  Before leaving, Clinton promised his mother that he would return to New York and graduate.  He did so, earning a BS degree in communications from NYU.  After college, Clinton’s headed for California and found work in Los Angeles as Entertainment photojournalist for Globe Photos Inc.  Clinton soon established a name for himself and earned a reputation as one of the most sought after photographers in the world of high profile special events, travel and film set photography.  While working on a project in Europe, Clinton met Lydia Martinelli, an American film director. Clinton and Lydia formed Lane City Films a Martinelli/Wallace Company. Clinton established himself as executive producer on the documentary NAKED IN THE 21ST CENTURY followed by CIELO DRIVE, LEVERAGE, WHISKEY NEAT, SLICING TIME, NOSE CANDY, LEO, KELLY DEERDALE and LAYLA
